An unusual looking movie staring Michael Cera and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Scott Pilgrim and Ramona Flowers respectively. Scott falls for Ramona, only to find out that she has 7 evil exes that Scott must defect if he wants to be with her. Based on a comic book series of the same name, this movie is looking to capture the cartoon spirit of it's source material.

There might be a formula to it, but that doesn't mean the movies are bad, Superbad was good, as was Youth In Revolt (though not as good as Superbad)... actually I think those might be the only two of his films I've seen
