www.myspace.com/driveonfoxit has all the episodes that have aired so far. make sure you start witht he first episode, "The Starting Line" if you watch them

I think it's to do with copyright, for example MySpace only brought the rights to show it in the USA, russia and Canada. (Adding the the fuel of the MySpace sucks fire) If you want to bypass the system, use a USA based proxy server.
