by using the specials of the people when they come up. also, keep an eye on the "AERIAL" thing...when it turns red or blue you can click and the bike girl will come and hit you again

the trick I use to get a good start is to launch him as low as possible at full power, that way you'll always hit the first person, which more often than not is one of the 'good' people that will boost the power. IF you are lucky, you'll hit the one that boosts but does not change the angle, that way you are sure to hit someone when he comes back down again. If you are lucky again, when you hit the next person, a Special will be activated (press the mouse button quickly to activate) and you'll pick up some fantastic speed. After that you just need to use the Arials tactically to keep you going and hit the 'good' people.
