I just finished college/sixth form. So I've decided I've had enough with education and can't be bothered to go to uni. But now I have myself a pretty sweet job lined up and when I'm fully trained I should be rolling in the money!! Also when I learn to drive I get a company car.

yeah i'm 19...2 years under the drinking age in the US. why are we going by when we can drink? rancid, you're a bad influence.
and anyways i'm not old.
though people have started calling me "ma'am" and i don't think that's right. i do NOT look like a "ma'am" AT ALL!!! do they think i WANT to be called that? well i don't.

You can get a drink at a pub with a full course meal with a beer at 14. The legal age to buy alchol is 18, though you must look over 21.

no, the looking over 21 thing is only as a safeguard at pubs, etc. If you look over 21 then fine, if you don't then you have to have ID to prove you are over 18.
Never heard of the 14 thing before though, that's news to me

You look under 21...around 18. Stevie maybe the law is diffrent in Scotland. In England were alot more normal and we can drink at 14 regarding we buy a full course meal.
