OK IV GOT XBOX LIVE AND IM TRYING TO RECORD HALO 2 MATCHES BUT EVERYTIME I WATCH THE VIDEO'S THERES LINES GOING ACROSS THE TV
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME .
I MEAN WHAT THE HELL DO I DO PLEASE TELL ME ANYTHING I CAN DOWNLOAD OR WHAT SETTINGS I SHOULD ALTER

I'm having trouble reading this, care to not make it all caps? Well, from what i see your trying to recored yourself playing games. Little word of advice, webcams can't recored tv or pc screens. Your needs a special box that links your xbox upto your PC, they cost around $60. You want a link?

As Rogeman said, webcams are not good for recording videos of what is happening on TV, all video cameras are like this (if you have access to a cam-corder or something like that, try making a recording of the TV, you'll get the same lines). It's all to do with the vertical refresh of the TV screen. However it should be much less of a problem if you can play you matchs on an LCD TV.

Yeah, you need a lcd screen if you plan to be a cleap skate and not get the correct programs. VCR's what are then coverted onto a DVD could be an idea. Though your want a game bridge, though i have not saw one for a xbox in a long time.

Smash your fist through the top of the t.v and pull out a couple of wires, connect said wires to the back of your x-box. Voilla, everything is recorded.
