Finally a decent gig in Blackpool...Okay, we had Punk in the Park and we have Wasted this summer :P

Anyway, the gig was absoloutly fantastic, me and my friends managed to get ourselves right up to the front :D :D
They played several new songs including a the debut of Go Slowly...The warm up act, Willy Mason was pretty good too, if you like the redneck country sort of sound.
Willy Mason played for around an hour and then sometime between 8 and 8:30 radio adverts came on (after the instruments were all sorted out) and then a weird one came on and broke up...Everybody knew it just had to be Radiohead and we were brought the opening song - Everything In Its Right Place.

Here's the set list for the 13th (Saturday) gig.

01 Everything In Its Right Place
02 The National Anthem
03 2+2=5
04 15 Step
05 Morning Bell
06 Pyramid Song
07 Go Slowly
08 Bangers And Mash
09 Dollars And Cents
10 How To Disappear Completely
11 Nude
12 Karma Police
13 You And Whose Army?
14 Airbag
15 Spooks
16 Idioteque
17 There There

Encore 1:

18 Just
19 4 Minute Warning
20 The Bends
21 Street Spirit

Encore 2:

22 I Want None Of This
23 Paranoid Android

Fantastic set list, although we didn't get Creep which a lot of the crowd were yelling for, nevertheless it was absoloutly fantastic and I wish I'd have gone to the Friday gig too.

yeah, is a surprise that they didn't play Creep.

I've never seen Radiohead before, sounds like it was a good event.

Punk In The Park sounds good to me , all we get up here is T in the Park... just not the same!

Lol, yeah I was surprised that they didn't too but we got Karma Police and that's just as good. The gig was nearly cancelled because the drummer's mother died on the 11th...I think...Something like that.

Punk In The Park was supposed to be fantastic but I missed it...But the Wasted Festival this year should be something to remember. It's the last year of Wasted festivals and should be well worth going to =D
