Look, I've been a fan of your site for like 3 years now. I really was wondering all these years what software you use to make the stickmen animations [ie. xiaoxiao series]. If anyone knows what software is used and where to get it, please tell me, Ive been wanting to make a stickman animation for some time now. Thanks to anyone who can help me !!

Many people us Macromedia Flash. It has been used for many of the animations you see on the site, and can be used in a basic manner or more complex and be used to make interactive games. It is a very pricey bit of software, now granted, not everyone pays for it and obtains in through various different means, which I cannot disclose as it could be classed as illegal. I am not sure if they offer a student version, if they do perhaps you could look into this? http://www.macromedia.com/go/tryflash allows you to download a free trial version of the software.

Yes , Flash is widely used. I think not many people obtain it through legal means, which we should not discuss for obvious reasons. Trying flash is a good idea, I think I came across Swish as well, you could try that. I think it is www.swish.com.Welcome to Swoj!

I've edited the post too made it more too ur specs Guys :D The best way too learn Flash is too practice...

Cool, are you in Cape Town? Undead your Sig's animation Lags my old computer badly, try kicking down the frame rate.
