The best way to get your PR (PageRank) up on your site is to submit your site to many directories like:

http://www.dmoz.org/
http://www.yahoo.com/
http://www.gimpsy.com/
http://www.zeal.com/
http://www.joeant.com/
http://www.goguides.org/

There are also many other directories that you can find out there other than these.

Some sites a Sites Hve a directorie of directories.
For Example...

Make sure you get Your site in the Subject (trype thing) especially in DMOZ because if you put a site like swf in games it will take years to get in...but if you go thurther in where less people submit you get in quicker.
