And I don't know where to look for links, you have the same at the top as on the sides?

Keep all the links in one place, notice how every site keeps a structure to its links, and only varies the general content of the site. Links need to be easy to access, and you should never be more than 2 clicks from anything on your site. Hope that helps

it does, just im having trouble thinking of which one to delete the top one, which looks good, or the side liks which holds more!

its not the type for your website,you want something more techno-ish , but not your website type. AND too many primary colour :(

ic to a new template will work better Ive change the template to somthing more to what i think you mean... it still need some work done to it, but i thnk it's alrite

Alright, now for some "revision."
Instead of "New files That Are Dial Up Friendly", you could put "Dial Up Friendly Files." (Sounds better)
And isn't it contact "Me", not "Us?"
