How do you report IPS???, i really wanna know this before i bring back the gestbook and the contack me bit on to my site

Not sure what you mean by reporting an IP address, do you mean reporting someone to their ISP for abuse? If that is the case then you will need to look up the IP address at Ripe ( http://www.ripe.net/db/index.html) to find out who it belongs to and then report the abuse to the appropriate contact for it.
