yo all im thinking of giveing away a free copy of halo 2 and some other stuff on my site to celebrate it's release...what laws and stuff will need to follow so i don't get in legal sheet Full On Design

I do not know the full legal impact, however I would imagine that if you ran a competition and you send the winner the copy of Halo by having it send directly to them by Amazon, then it probably should not be too much problem.

ok...i gess now it out...i wait for the next big game or somthin...better start reading some mag...if anyone knows of any amazing games that will be grt tell us and ill try and make some kind of comp...-i tryed to ask the police of somthin and they dident get back to me-. Full On Design

You could always use Half Life 2
Anyway, my main point behind using Amazon to send the item directly is: 1. They have stores in most countries 2. If you send the prize directly, the receiver could claim that the package is damaged or non-functional and demand another one from you - this of course could be costly. Using Amazon means that the receiver can take up any delivery issues with Amazon directly. 3. Avoids any dispute of the legality of the item sent.
