about 1 hours ago my p2p programs said the microsoft is 'nailing anyone who makes heavy network use of their machine, including especially users running P2P applications' and 'A Microsoft blog rounds up some reports, as does SANS.' is this true Full On Design

no
reason being, there is now where in the end user agreement saying p2p software is not allowed. Mircosoft are not doing anything about it, as the operating system would be scrapped by the public if it did not allow peopel to use the software they wanted.
