When copying text to type I can type at about 65 words per min. When just typing things that I'm thinking like just now, I can type faster.
I editted the title of this thread to make it a lot clearer what the thread is actually about.

The one I used to get the "copying a piece of text" typing speed was this one: http://www.careerstep.com/typeintro.htmlI got a NWPM of 65 first time on it... obviously the more you do it the better you'll get as you'll remember what you are typing...

Im very fast cos when I was younger my mum put me and my bro and sis's on a typing course so I type properly and very fast

GWPM 66, NWPM 65 when I first did it. Basically I corrected my mistakes as I was going... cause there were a few mistakes!

Just did it again, and now that I know the text a little better (and am using my keyboard at home rather than the ones in uni) I got 79 and 78!

I got Gwpm 65 and Nwpm 63 because my backspace didn't work properly so I did 2 extra words, hehe x
