Possibly IC DED PPL, he is a bit loopy. TBH everyone has their mad side, but the calmer ones of us (Me, Stevie, Degen, er) seem to stand out more than the mad bunch .

Thats Trying To Hard To Be Insane... Insanity Is A Natural Instinct Honed By Many A Person.. Its Main Features Are Repetitive Twitching, Constant Jibberish, Constantly Wearing a Paper Bag, Listing Alot Of Things, Blinking, Talking, Thinking, Breathing And So On..
