Hi everyone i think this forum is great and i understand that is is a snitz forum but when i download it i have no idea how it works no as steviepunk obviously set it up can ya tell me wot to do

A couple of quick points on that.

1. you need webhosting that allows you to run ASP scripts
2. Once you have figured out the basics of setting up the standard Snitz forum, you can try a modification by a guy called Serverhacker. This has a lot more features added in and is the version that I use here. Find it at http://www.shnforum.com/forum/sitenews.asp

However, for standard support, you are best to read the support forums at the Snitz website to figure out what to do (mainly because, A. You will find answers to questions you haven't thought of asking yet. B. You can get an answer straight away, I only have time for a quick post just now!)
