Do you mean something like a newsletter? Cause if you do there already is one... go to the main site's home page and on the top right there is a subscription to the newsletter thing.
If you don't mean a newsletter, what do you mean?

Are you meaning a webmail system so people can have their own swoj.com email address?
If so, then that will not be happening, I have no plans for anything like that.
