yeah, if you have an Avatar located somewhere else, just enter the full address of the Avatar image into the AVATAR box in your profile settings.

sk8ter: You have to upload the image to the internet rather than have it on your c: drive. If it is on your c: drive only you will be able to see it. All we are seeing is a red cross.
Find somewhere to upload and use its URL there.

yall should have like a browse button next to "Our Avatars" button it would make it alot easier

OK right now i already have a avatar ready but what should i type in the little box?
i went to google search "avatars" click the first choice"avatars inc. click the catagory "more and other" and did save picture as with the Pillsbury dough boy. now what????

Just get the URL of the picture, you don't need to download it (unless you plan on storing it on your own webspace). For example, the URL for my Avatar is http://www.swoj.com/forum/avatars/calvin.gif
