Spineshank are probably the band I like the best. But I don't really listen to any particular album these days. Just got a big playlist of mp3s on my comp which I run through.

Has a bit of everything on it: Slipknot, Good Charlotte, Anthrax, Senser, Dropkick Murphys, Downset, Bowling for Soup, Blink 182, Limp Biz, Feeder, Papa Roach, Offspring, Therapy?, Pitchshifter, Machine Head, Ice-Cube, 2Pac, Strapping Young Lad, a really good Cardiff band called Sal, Five Pointe O, Tura Satana, Fear Factory, Marilyn Manson, LL Cool J, Naughty By Nature, House of Pain... ok, I'll stop now. Just been reading my playlist and writing the names down!

I saw spinshank quite a few years ago too. Can't remember who they were supporting though. That was after their 1st album release, but it was their 2nd album that really got me liking them more.

Missed the tour they did 2 years ago, so I'm definitely going to catch them when they come to Cardiff on 4th Nov. on the Kerrang tour.

Aye, they did a small headlining tour around the UK, only a few dates though, I remember I saw them then. Might have to catch them again soon too. Maybe not Cardiff though... but too far.

Ever been to TJ's in Newport to see bands?
