I've removed some of the past releases (left Last Samurai as it is really good and well worth seeing!) We'll give the list a full update some time soon though! For the record, the movie page that Degeneration found the date's on has moved to: http://www.gazzasmoviepage.co.uk/worth checking out

Basically I've copied and pasted from the site linked to in the top of the 1st post. So I'm just assuming the person that runs that site knows what he is talking about!!!

Have upddated the first post with the upcoming films... some rather intersting ones in there, but also some ones that are making me cringe beyond belief... I'll leave you to figure out which are which!

Thread updated with latest release dates for the UK.
Things to note:
July 27th - Transformers and The Simpsons out on the same weekend!
Aug 31st - a surprise mention of The Dam Busters, which is supposed to be the next project from Peter Jackson. Strange that we are apparently so close to release and we've heard nothing about it (even IMDB shows nothing!)
Sept 14th - Shoot 'Em Up, interesting looking action movie in the Lucky Number Slevin and Smoking Aces style
Sept 28th - War, the new movie for Jet Li and Jason Statham. Previously went by the name Rogue
Dec 7th - The Golden Compass, sci-fi/fantasy movie on an epic scale. First of a trilogy
Dec 21st - a remake of St. Trinian's. Interested to see what they have done with this!
Jan 4th - Alien Vs Predator 2 and I Am Legend (Will Smith) out on the same day. Two good looking films, two different kinds of monsters.
Jan 18th - noticeable absence of JJ Abrams new movie, not being release in UK at the same time as the US, or just because they don't have the name yet?
Feb 29th - Babylon AD, new Vin Deisel movie, sounds interesting and seems to be generating some good buzz.
May 2nd - Marvel's Iron Man
May 16th - Speed Racer from the Wachowski brothers
June 20th - The Incredible Hulk
June 27th - The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. First film was ok, though this has the possibility of being good.
July 11th - The Mummy 3, loved the first two, so looking forward to this.
July 25th - The Dark Knight. Batman returns and faces off against the Joker in a radically different look to the old Tim Burton movie.
Nov 7th - Bond 22. Rumours are that it will be a direct follow on from Casino Royal.
Nov 21st - Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Is there really anymore to say about this? :)
