actually, the woman that play the first Orcacle died!
Between her death, and Aliah's, the film was pushed back a yeah.
They recast Aliah's part, which I think was Niobe and reshot all her scenes. however when the Oracle died, I guess they didn't have the budget to do it all again!

i know about the Aliyah bit itz sad  ...but dont u think that its weird to see a Oracle looky like pass by you whilst going 2 college somtimes, like 2 times a week.

Well, the original oracle doesn't appear in any of the sequels, so I would say that they did re-shoot all her parts, and put in the 'change of skin' bit from the start.
