There have been a few problems that people encounter on Swoj.com

Q. Most of the files that I try to view do not load, I just get a white screen

A. A lot of the files on this site are Flash animations, this requires that Flash Player is installed. There is a link on the site for this, you can Flash Player (for free) by going here -> http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayerbutton/


Q. I have Flash Player installed, but some of the files still do not load.

A. Have a look at the file link, the size of the file is shown in the link, usually people have a problem with the bigger files, while the small ones will be fine. 1MB will take around 5 minutes to download over a modem, so you may have to wait for the file to download before you can watch it if it is big.

Tip: Move your mouse over the file link, text will pop up and give an estimate of how long the download will take by modem and 512K DSL. This might help give you an indication of how long the file will take you download.


Q. I've forgotten my password!

A. Click on the Forgotten Password link that is near the login box. If you are logged in already but need your password to edit your profile, the log out of the site and use the Forgotten Password link. Or just go directly to it here -> http://www.swoj.com/forum/forgotten.aspx
