Ok, so some people might take offence at this movie, however, I think it is funny and I'm sure others will as well! It's a TV advert from Europe (subtitled in English), you probably won't guess what it is for until you are told but you can try anyway!

I think the point is supposed to be, he's getting sick of the embarrassing kid and is wishing he had worn a condom, then he wouldn't have to be putting up with it!
