APB is the upcoming game from Realtime Worlds - which was founded by Dave Jones, creator of Lemmings and GTA

This game takes the idea of GTA a step further, with fully online game play, with players are both the thugs or the cops.  One of the features that looks most impressive is the amazing character editor, which looks incredibly good!  Below is the trailer released at E3 this year, as well as a video demonstration of the character editor in action
