No, never played it.

My girlfriend has Lips (basically the same thing) on the Xbox, she plays that with her friends - I'm not into singing though!

It's really cool (IF you like to sing).  You get on the mike and sing along, and at the end you get graded (anywhere from "rock star" to "Tone deaf") and you can playback and listen to yourself.  I NEVER do playback.  Favorite song to sing.....Cochise/Audioslave!!

You can get different music versions....country, rock, pop.....

It's wayyyyyy cool!

And BTW Stevie, she's STILL just your girlfriend?!?!  Lol....have to tease!!!  (;

yes, still.  Neither of us have any desire for that to change. Things are great as they are, why change them?

I ended up spending a lot of money on it downloading classic 80's tracks when I was smashed.

I love it.

lol..

I've got a PS3 coming soon, so I guess Sing Star will be in my collection (for my girlfriend of course) fairly soon!
I take it there is a lot of DLC available for it then?

It comes with SingStore on the PS3 which is a library of songs to download. I think its 99p a song, but it comes with the video and all that.

One thing though, never delete the data file as you can't transfer it or back it up. So if it gets deleted you lose all your songs.
