Jason Statham and Amy Smart return, following on where the over the top Crank left off for more over the top action. Having survived his fall from the helicopter, Chev Chelios has had his heart taken from him and replaced with an artificial heart with a bad battery. So, he has to get his own heart back and keep himself charged up in the process.
From the trailer, Crank 2 seems like it's going to be as crazy as the first film (which was very entertaining), so hopefully the idea is good enough and doesn't get tired during this one.
