I still think the Wii came out on top (In how much people talk about it wise), but the 360's head start and recent injection has given it a good advantage (Sales wise).

Yeah unfortunately the 360 has some major over heating issues... it happened to mine a while back, and it happened days after the warranty, go figure. :( So they charge $140 to repair it. I grudgingly paid it, and got it fixed.

Few months later, Microsoft announced that any and all 360s that fail due to this fault shall be fixed free of charge. I got refunded my cash a few days ago yay!

Customer Service was actually very helpful... Kudos to Microsoft for once ;)
