My flash animations are allright, but they need to be much much smoother. I am using Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Pro, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to make this work out for me better. I can't tween shaped together cause it messes up my stickmen, and the motion tween doesn't work. Someone please help me!!!

Frame by frame is sometimes required for more complex moving.

By doing this though, to make it really smooth you want to set it to play at 24fps. Once you have become very accurate with moving the objects, you should find it a bit smoother.

Another tip, you could possibly create motion paths and masks for your items, this may help in making it smoother.

Motion tween - have you made sure you are doing it right? Key frame at the start, key fram at the end?

I agree with BigBrennan (Or BigB as some people call him), Tween most thing's when there moving it make a smooth (If you use a high frame rate) finish.

Reamber how things move as well, our arms and legs don't just go in to crossed arms and/or legs.

If you don't know what we mean by Tweening and stuff have a look at

You can, try double clicking on the object... on the end or beging.

If this does not work i have 1 bit of advice

Use movie clips.

Try playing around with flash, try and be creative with what your doing, people like something orginal, look at salad fingers, it creeps people out even though the 'Graphics' are well not amazing.

I want to see some of you work, you should get a DevianArt account or somthing!
