ahh, the movie is simply amazing. so many great lines/moments. a few of my favorite parts were:
V: Voila! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no meer veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition! The only verdict is vengeance, a vendetta, held as a votive not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose. So let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
Evey: ...are you, like, a crazy person?
V: I'm quite sure they will say so.
and...
Creedy: You're not afraid of death. You're like me.
V: The only thing you and I have in common, Mr. Creedy, is we're both about to die.
Creedy: How do you imagine that's gonna happen?
V: With my hands around your neck.
Creedy: ...bollocks. What are you gonna do, huh? We've swept this place. You've got nothing. Nothing but your bloody knives and your fancy karate gimmicks. We have guns.
V: No, what you have are bullets and the hope that when your guns are empty I'm no longer standing, because if I am...you'll all be dead before you've reloaded.

V is just plain awesome...as curious as i was about seeing underneath the mask, i actually like that you never actually see his face. it makes the ending so much better

so V still isn't a rating. lol. i win. anyhoozen, i think its sad that most americans don't really understand it and it applies to them SO MUCH! i mean, i'm sure it applies to many countries, but americans are blind and don't see how it applies to them.

whatever. ignorant is worse because you're so set in your ways that nothing can open your eyes. at least if you're pland something can shock your eyes open. people suck.

I love this movie, it was so symbolic and powerful. The way you never see his face and the ending, they're just such amazingly beautiful parts of this movie. The quotes were very ingenious and it was quite a humourous film while it was also serious. Amazing work x
