I have a few invites left, so I thought that the Swoj community deserved them bestest (:P). If you want one email me at acidradio@gmail.com or reply in here with your mail. (The first one is better (for me))

Gmail is nice. It does work a bit differently to regular internet web mail like Hotmail and Yahoo, however it does have some good advantages.

1. Spam filtering is fantastic.
2. Free POP and IMAP access to your mail.
3. Filtering rules are very useful (as they include the 'Forward To' option, useful for using Gmail as a spam filter for your regular mail!)

I like my email service:
1. Unmetered space
2. Spam filtering (Options of how strong)
3. Custom rules.
4. Unlimited email accounts
5. POP3 and IMAP access to my mail.
6. I don't need that @googlemail.com or @gmail.com extension :) So it stands out/looks better.
7. Unlimited attachment's.

All depends on your options are, not everyone will have access to the same options for 'free' mail, also depends on what someone actually needs - in most cases Gmails 'limit' is not really going to be limiting!

I found out about Google Apps for Domains, which allow you to setup a 'white label' version of Google Apps (which includes GMail) that uses your own domain, so you can have all the benefits of Gmail but still have your own domain. http://www.google.com/a/

Hotmail offers the same service. I'm not too fond of google mail to be honest (You should really call it google mail, as they got in some trouble over gmail - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gmail#Trademark_disputes) and there is also the http://gmail-is-too-creepy.com/ thing. I don't have much against google and there mail service. But I like my one as they can't read my email's :)

Hotmail did get annoying when it automatically gave me @hotmail.co.uk but I said I lived in Oregon because I also forget .co.uk, hehe x

haha! Here is a top tip for signing up for stuff; Put your country as Uganda, they have no street names/Post codes so it saves a lot of time...Or can show poor userability on a website ^^

Poor userabilty is when someone cannot use something. For example on a website if you cannot use it, it's got poor useability. It's a real problem as like 60% of people have some form of a disability which can make it difficult to use the internet.

Anal Geek? *raises eyebrow*

Yay!!! I'm a fly, I'm off to Will Smith's changing room, then to see Johnny Depp, then Marilyn Manson, then Ville Valo, then Stuart Townsend, all in a day because I'm magic! Then I'll die.
