no easy way of doing massive submittion.
I would suggest manually submitting to most of the big ones (Google, Yahoo, Lycos, MSN, AOL, etc), as around 90% of searchs will come through them. Once indexed on there, chances are that other search engines will pick up your site automatically. Also, register your site with the Open Directory Project (you can get a link from Google), as many engines will also index through this.
