The favourite fruit of the UK is the bannana,
Banana consumption in Britain is growing faster than any other fruit. In the last 16 years the number of bananas we eat each year has grown by over 150%.
Bananas are the UK's favourite fruit. We in Britain eat £750 million worth of bananas each year - a quarter of all fruit sales. This equates to around 30lb per person per year.

I love mangoes, tangerines and apples but I absolutely hate bananas .. theyre too dry =( I think apples/bananas are probably the uk favourite though. Are tangerines/clementines/satsumas classed as oranges as well? because thats not fair x
