but i can get a .co.nr 4 free, wot if u get a server (from dell .com 4 example)

If you have a server, it will only run of its ip adress. You need to set up a domain name that will re-direct to that, which is what the company will do for you. If you are getting a server, the host tends to offer you a special price for a domain name, but you shouldn't pay more than £15 for 2years,
