Not sure how I managed to be getting a lot of traffic, it just started happening! I think having a easily indexable site helps, I get a lot from traffic from Google, also having plenty of content also helps  The site has been going for around 3 or 4 years in it's current form.

The first thing that will turn your visitors away is the colours. The text is hard to read and the colours blend in with each other. If you know Nelsons Heuristics, this is one of the 10 key points in creating an effective system for a user.

I agree that the menu is not as clear as it could be, however you do have a structure to your site which is a big plus (have a look around at other sites and see how annoying it is when there is no structure to them!)
For your games, might be an idea to launch them into a pop up window since they are too big to be contained with in your sites layout structure.

ok,..i donno if i should say this but the way i look at it............. the background.
The red background,, The design is cool but ya think you can put more detail to it, somehow.
(it's just what i think)
