As far as I know the 2nd volume has been delayed/pushed back/postponed until april.

And I don't think you are the only one to have seen the film God. I have too!

Thought it was really quite good, but certainly not brilliant, or the best movie ever made, in my opinion. I've seen lots of films with better martial arts fighting in it before, but KB was still very entertaining.

lmao, i can't wait to see this movie....and the violence part isn't gonna bother me because it's so over the top....plus this is the best that uma thurman has ever looked, and i have a thing for movies with cool martial arts or references...plus i always liked bruce lee.

It wasn't changed to black and white in Japan. all the black and white scenes stayed in full colour for the Japan release (and from what I heard from someone also for the Hong Kong release, although this hasn't been confirmed).

It was only turned to black and white because of the US censors. They thought the film was too bloody and violent, so by making it black and white, there wasn't quite the same impression of lots of blood.

As far as I know, the Japanese version also had a few more violent bits not in the general release version.

how com da japs get full colour nd more? well i dont blame y they were censored here coz people mite interpret da moves nd by a big heavy sword. Anywayz we r lucky we got 2 watch it coz som places banned it.

The japanese version was in full colour and had a few extra violent bits because QT always (apparently) intended the Japanese version to be a little more violent and blood splattery than the rest of the world's version because the film was inspired by a lof of Japanese samurai films, so he wanted to keep the violence for them as a sort of paying homage thing... or something like that. Also because the Japanese censors would happily allow such violence.
