An affiliate is another site that is sharing a promotional agreement,
In this case, I have a link and banner to StickSuicide in the affiliates list and likewise they have my banner in their affiliate list.
Affiliates are different to the 'links' section as I have many sites in the links section, affiliates get extra promotion, therefore there are very few affiliate places available.
The criteria for being an affiliate, is generally as follows:
1. I like the site
2. They have a comparable visitor level to Swoj.com
3. The site has content that is related to the contents of Swoj.com (i.e. I would not affilaite with a Cookery website as that would have nothing to do with Swoj.com)
