What program do you have to have (and where) to make these stickmen fighting programs i am new to the website and cant wait to get my hands on making some of these files!

well, to make a good stick animation lasting around 3 minutes would take around 360 hours, so thats 4 months 2 hours a day. A l;ong time, you have to love it to do it.
